  • A secured annual income from abroad and from sources other than employment in Cyprus
  • The residence permit holder must visit Cyprus at least once every two years to maintain his/her status
  • A clean criminal record, the applicant, his/her spouse and children over the age of 16 should provide a clean criminal record from the country of residence which should be certified
